Ensuring all documents are typed out and printed prior to commencement of training. Compiling reports based on the candidates' performance, and ensuring feedback are provided to the responsible parties involved. I also attained the skill of how to provide proper feedback as a means to assist candidates to meet the overall objective of the specific outcomes set out for each unit. Lastly, I believe in continuous development and self-improvement whereby I encourage fellow workers as well as students and their parents to provide me with feedback to improve the quality of lessons.
