Hello, My name is Sandy Kim. I don't have any tutoring experience, but I did work as an English teacher in an academy last year. I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, and knowledgeable teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that meets every student's needs.

I have been teaching since 2011, at both private and public schools. I have obtained interpersonal and planning skills through communication with parents regarding their children’s progress, as well as planning lessons for students by considering their individual needs, interests, assessments, and observations. Regarding my assessing skills, I have developed them through evaluating students using various methods and providing constructive feedback. I have also developed flexibility by adjusting lesson sequences based on observations of students’ behaviours, having backup plans, and considering feedback from students. I am always enthusiastic because teachers' enthusiasm can motivate students to learn and spark their interests. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed. I always strive to identify their strengths and interests, which helps me in planning lessons. I highly value my teaching career as teachers have a significant impact on future generations who will shape our society. I graduated from Singapore International School (Hong Kong) in May 2021 (exam route), achieving academic excellence in the IB Examinations.
