I am Ca Robertson, a former International School teacher and convener of University conversation classes. For over 15 years, I have been teaching adults and children who want to improve their English for general, academic, and business purposes. My specialties include exam preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, and university/high school entry exams such as 11+ and 13+. Current and former students include business professionals, university professors, adults looking to improve their basic English, and students from top local and international schools. I have an MEd in Teaching English from Oxford Brookes University and an MA in Religious Studies and Spanish from the University of Glasgow.

I have been teaching English as a second language since moving to Asia in 2009. I am a qualified English language teacher and have previously worked in kindergartens and primary schools. Currently, I am a secondary school teacher, primarily teaching junior forms but have also taught senior form students preparing for HKDSE and IGCSEs. I can help with school interview preparation (oral and written work). I possess a wealth of knowledge and patience to assist students with their writing, as well as spoken English.

I have been teaching students ranging from kindergarten to senior secondary for more than 6 years. I have also completed my TEFL certificate. My teaching style is rather flexible and easy-going as it suits the environment for my students to be more exposed to the language in a more enjoyable way. As a Native English speaker, I'd like to teach students to broaden their horizons, enabling them to approach the English language in a relaxed manner.
