Hello! My name is Alex. I have recently moved from Canada to Thailand after completing my Master of Education. I have been an English teacher since 2013 and have taught students of all ages and levels. I have had the opportunity to interact with lots of nice people who enjoy practicing and developing their conversational skills with me. I am friendly, open-minded, and always enjoy meeting new people. Your language requirements are the most important thing to me. Whether you need to learn the basics or prepare for a job interview or presentation, we will cover a variety of themes. This is how I usually conduct my lessons, but I am happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

I teach English and History to Toronto-based elementary-aged students. My tutoring approach is based on the student's needs and learning style. I recently graduated with a BA in Modern Liberal Arts with a focus in Philosophy, from the University of Winchester in England. I am currently coaching Thai children and adults English speaking skills. My goal is to teach children and young people to speak correctly in whole sentences and with confidence. I am an ESL teacher who specialises in teaching students from a traditional Chinese family background just like myself, and therefore I can relate very well to students who are learning English as a second language.
