Hi! I'm an experienced English language tutor with a passion for education and a focus on creating a supportive and enjoyable learning environment during lessons. I've taught English as a foreign language for over a decade, so I've worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds. I've taught learners from Hong Kong, Peru, Spain, Italy, France, Cambodia, Indonesia, Korea, and more! I'm British but I often teach American English. In addition to teaching, I've developed course materials for students and to teach trainee English teachers. Before I started private tutoring, I taught for five years in language centers in Europe and Asia. Beyond teaching, I'm also a writer. I typically write on topics related to hiring, recruitment strategies, and workplace well-being. But I also enjoy creative writing. When I'm not teaching or writing, you’ll find me upcycling clothes, hosting events like comedy nights, and enjoying time and good food with my friends.
