I am Nonjabulo Mntungwa from Durban, South Africa. I am a 24-year old graduate in BSc. Geology from the University of KwaZulu Natal. I tutor English as a Second Language by profession. A full time volunteering Mathematical Literacy, Geography and Natural Sciences teacher at Siyabonga Secondary school for the past 9 months with great success. I have also tutored Pure Mathematics and Physical Sciences part-time and currently I am taking a 160Hr online TEFL course which helps me understand and know what students go through when it comes to dealing with intimidating subjects and provide me with means to help them overcome their fears, so they can harness their true abilities. I am an ESL/IELTS/OPIC/TOEIC teacher based in Baguio City, Philippines. Using articles/videos - the topics are wide-ranging. The videos/articles are sent in advance for the student to watch and read first, and during class, we discuss the key takeaways. The student is always encouraged to summarize, relate their personal experiences, observations, and opinions. Additionally, I offer training on how to improve students' scores in IELTS SPEAKING. Not only do I give tips to improve the student's score, but I also make it a point to provide clear feedback for improvement.
