I have been teaching and tutoring English language and literature for several years, I have prepared pupils for different exams and entrance exams and I have also helped university students with their essays and papers. I deal with every aspect of the language, written and oral skills, grammar, reading comprehension, spelling and punctuation. My enthusiasm for the subject is usually passed on to my pupils and they achieve very good results. I like the challenge when someone has been given low grades at school. They are surprised by their own improvement after a few weeks. Literature has always been my main interest. I studied it at university. My aim is to help students see the beauty of the written word and show them how much fun reading is. I have never met a 'hopeless' pupil; maybe the method was not the right one. I am patient and strict at the same time. My priority has always been the student's progress. I live in Wolverhampton and I am happy to teach at the pupil's house or online.
