My favorite style of teaching [English] is to create a fun, relaxed learning environment where I incorporate games or activities to increase confidence in the classroom and keep students motivated to learn! I am fully aware that each student learns at a different pace, so I create my curriculum in a way that everyone is on the same page. Children will forever hold a special place in my heart. I truly feel as though they have a quality about them that enables us, adults, to get in touch with our inner youth and innocence, qualities we tend to grow out of as we get older. They aide us in putting the little things back into perspective when, at times, we take them for granted! However, I am offering private one-on-one lessons in my office, either face-to-face or via the internet, at a reasonable rate. Dear parents, I'm Miss Ada and I love children! I've taught Jolly Phonics, English grammar, reading comprehension and Trinity classes to children from K1 to P6 in a famous learning center in Hong Kong as a native English teacher for 1.5 years. I've also privately tutored kindergarten and primary school students in Hong Kong for 2 years. All this has been a great experience where I had the opportunity to work with children of different ages. As for my background, I immigrated to Quebec, Canada at the age of four.
