I am an experienced tutor in Mississauga who spent over three years employed at Kumon Math & Reading Centre, where I worked individually with students of various learning styles and ages, ranging from pre-kindergarden to fifth grade. Now my goal is to follow my passion and continue teaching so that I may give students the positive mind frame and support they need to improve and develop a love for learning. I am able to teach all aspects of English, whether a student requires assistance with reading comprehension, pronunciation, writing skills, or any other aspect of the subject. I also spent eight years enrolled in the Extended French program, which has provided me with the ability to teach French comprehension and grammar. I hope to instil a confident and passionate outlook on education within students through tending to their academic needs, so that they may strive for greatness and achieve their goals.

I am typically described as a highly energetic and motivated tutor who will source useful teaching materials and ensure that students genuinely engage in class, instead of being spoon-fed. It is also about viewing the world through an insightful lens, which is what literature can do.
