I have the ability to effectively communicate with students and make them comfortable with the subject through my teaching methods. I ensure that learning is made fun for the student and does not become too burdensome at any point. I also ensure open and free communication with students through sufficient informal interaction, allowing them to express their doubts without any fear or hesitation. I cherish every moment of teaching, and it fills me with pride to see my students perform well. Moreover, I offer free tutoring for the first two months, after which students can decide whether they want to continue taking my classes based on their comfort and understanding. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. I am happy to offer online math tutorials for HKDSE F.4-F.6 students, as well as Year 1 university mathematics courses (especially Calculus). Currently, I am pursuing an MSc degree in Statistical Science at the University of Oxford, which limits me to online tutoring. I have graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a CGA of 4.072/4.3. In the 2017 HKDSE Examination, I achieved excellent results, scoring 35/35 for the best 5 subjects, including 5** for both Mathematics (Core Part) and Mathematics (Extended Part, M2).
