I have 5 years of experience working as a Mathematics Content Writer, developing educational materials used by students globally. I am a CS PhD student at NUS, specializing in theoretical and algorithmic aspects of machine learning. I have an MSc in Maths and a BSc in CS and Maths. I have been a TA and private tutor for university level maths/CS since 2017. The subjects that I usually teach are proof-based maths (e.g., linear algebra, analysis, abstract algebra) or math-heavy ML/DS (optimization, advanced ML). I used to be active in mathematics and algorithms competitions many years ago, and would be happy to coach motivated primary and high school students. Hello! My name is Matt, and I'm originally from Pennsylvania in the United States. I've been teaching high school in various countries for the past 10 years, primarily at American International Schools. I've taught in both the American curriculum and the IB program, including at the AP and DP levels. Currently, I am living in Bangkok and would be thrilled to assist you in deepening your understanding of the math being taught in any middle/high school class.

Sometimes the easiest explanations are the simplest ones and a tutors talent lies in simplifying it. That being said I am Athulya Thilakan, a masters student in advanced and computational mathematics at T U Chemnitz. Here I am also one of the teaching assistants to the course Mathematics of big Data and investment Banking. I recently finished my masters degree in mathematics and have more than 4+ years as a tutor. I have helped more than 200 students with their studies throughout my career. But that does not make me better than others.
