Online Bagpipes Tutors across the globe

Hello, my name is Steven McElhaney, and I have been playing the bagpipes for over 25 years. I became a world champion when my bagpipe band won the World Championship title in Scotland in 2003. I have always had an everlasting passion to teach the bagpipes and share the unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences I've had just by being able to play the bagpipes. I offer lessons for $25 each, as well as a chance to become part of a non-profit competitive bagpipe band that travels worldwide to compete in the highest levels of Scottish arts. Lessons are held at my home in Sacramento, but I am also available to travel for lessons (with the specific mileage subject to change depending on the location of the student).
