My daughter is a student at Tajalla and has an excellent command of mathematics. She is highly capable and valuable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. She has shown remarkable improvement—she was once weak in mathematics, but now she easily understands concepts that were previously challenging for her.

Questions for You

Q: What teaching methods do you use to help students learn Math concepts and solve problems?

I use a student-centered approach, breaking complex math concepts into simple steps with real-life examples. I encourage active problem-solving, visual explanations, and practice through guided exercises. I adapt my methods to each student’s learning style, ensuring they build strong fundamentals, confidence, and the ability to apply concepts to new problems.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

Yes, I do almost 5 years of experience on Up Work , Preply and LinkedIn. I would like to use webcam, writing tab, share screen using google meet or zoom.

Q: What Math topics or concepts are you particularly skilled in teaching, and how do you keep up to date with changes in the curriculum?

11+ Test (UK), Algebra, A/O Level Mathematics, GCSE, Geometry, Abstract Algebra

Q: How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing in learning Math?

I provide regular updates on the child’s progress, strengths, and areas needing improvement. I share specific examples of achievements and challenges, and suggest strategies for support at home. I keep communication open, positive, and solution-focused to ensure parents stay informed and involved.

Q: Do you provide any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

Yes, I provide customized worksheets, practice exercises, and step-by-step solutions tailored to each student’s needs. I also recommend helpful online tutorials, interactive tools, and extra practice tasks to reinforce concepts and build confidence outside of class.

Q: What is your approach to homework assignments, and how do you ensure students understand the concepts covered in class?

I assign homework that reinforces key concepts taught in class and matches the student’s level. Before assigning, I ensure the student understands the method by solving examples together. During the next session, we review mistakes, clarify doubts, and connect homework to real-world problems so learning is meaningful and long lasting.

Q: What steps do you take to ensure that your teaching approach is compatible with the student's learning style?

I begin by identifying each student’s preferred learning style through observation and simple questions. Then, I adapt my approach using visuals, step by step explanations, interactive practice, or real-life examples. I regularly check for understanding and adjust methods to ensure the lessons suit the student’s needs and learning pace.
