I have studied piano, vocal performance, and flute since the age of five. During my childhood training, I was highly enthusiastic about participating in various performances and competitions. After completing my piano performance diploma at the age of 17, I was awarded a Vocal Scholarship at the Auckland Best of the West Vocal Competition in the same year.

Thereafter, I was invited by the University of Auckland, New Zealand, to pursue a double bachelor’s degree in Music (Honours) and Literature. After graduation, I continued my Master’s degree in Music, majoring in Musicology.

After returning to Hong Kong, I completed a Professional Certificate in Music Therapy, followed by a second Master’s degree at Hong Kong Baptist University, majoring in Orchestral Conducting.

I have studied with many distinguished teachers, including piano masters Tamas Vermas, Nan Gibson, and Li Mingqiang; vocal instructors Isabel Cunningham, Beatrice Webster, and Dr. Anthony Derek; and flute under Kate Lawson, Principal of the Hong Kong Sinfonietta.

In addition to diplomas in piano and vocal performance, I also hold a teaching certificate (CT ABRSM) from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. In recent years, I have been active in promoting public music initiatives, participating in community arts performances for charity, and serving as a juror in major music competitions.
