I place equal importance on written results and providing guidance for speaking with good enunciation and a clear, concise accent. Oral presentation often gets overlooked in English learning, and I pay special attention to it, as it is crucial for how you present yourself to the world and examiners. If you are a parent of a special-needs child, I would be delighted to help facilitate tutoring to build their confidence and upgrade their knowledge in various subjects. I am also effectively bilingual in Chinese and can assist total newcomers to subjects conducted in English. I was previously a student in the History Department at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (I left due to health issues after my third year) and am currently applying for a transfer. In 2020, I achieved an English score of 5 (5*/5/5*/4). In 2022, I retook the English DSE and achieved a total score of 5**, with a 5** in Reading Paper 1 and a 5* in Integrated Paper 3, and a grade 5 in Writing Paper 2. This year, I also achieved band 8 (9/8/7/7) in IELTS General Training (*not Academic). I have four years of tutoring experience and have worked part-time as an English tutor at a tutoring center, teaching students from Form 1 to Form 6. Some students improved their scores by 30 points in just one month on their school assessments, and many DSE candidates achieved their desired results. I am familiar with the curriculum and have valuable insights and experience in teaching.
