I am a licensed civil engineer and a cum laude graduate of Cebu Institute of Technology – University, based in Cebu, Philippines. I specialize in tutoring civil engineering and mathematics subjects such as Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Structural Theory, Hydraulics, Geotechnical Engineering, and Engineering Design. I am also an English tutor and an English textbook author at Global Language Cebu, where I help learners improve their grammar, communication, and academic writing skills. I will break up a challenging topic into smaller, more digestible topics. Research suggests that non-experts are better off looking at solutions, so I will solve questions while explaining my thinking process. This will allow you to mimic it in exams. Afterwards, I will assign a very small but targeted amount of questions to help solidify your understanding. This way, you will not waste time doing the same type of questions repeatedly. It doesn't matter if you are a student who usually receive B or D grades - my goal is to help you achieve an A*.
