Open minded, calm, patient, observant, responsive and engaging. I usually employ two different approches: blending learning and the ADDIE approach.

With blending learning the student does some work before the class and we can go over it together.

With the ADDIE approach, I determine what the needs are then develop and design an individualized learning journey which I then implement and use those observations to evaluate progress and the materials used. Read less
