I am a mechanical engineer and math teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching math and physics. I have a passion for teaching and making complex topics easy to understand for students.

For over 15 years, I have been an on-site and online private tutor, specializing in mathematics, physics, and computer science subjects from secondary to graduate levels. My students come from prestigious boarding schools, colleges, and universities worldwide, including Concord College, Tonbridge School, Queen Ethelburga's College (UK), Milton Academy (USA), German Swiss International School, Hong Kong International School, Canadian International School, Singapore International School (Hong Kong), University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong), Royal Holloway - University of London, Cass Business School (UK), and Harvey Mudd College (USA). I have a very positive attitude and am very motivating to ensure that students love mathematics and physics from zero to an excellent level. I have been teaching in Bangkok for 21 years and have almost 22 years of teaching experience. I am experienced in teaching IGCSE, AS/A-level, IB, SAT-1:2, AP programs, CBSE, ICSE, as well as all university level mathematics courses such as calculus 1 to 4, linear algebra, and more. Many of my students have graduated from prestigious schools like NIST, ISB, St. Andrew, and other international schools in Bangkok and around the world. Most of my students have graduated from top IB colleges worldwide with competitive GPAs. I have various methods to help students understand difficult questions easily, as I teach students from class 1 to university level. Many of my AS/A level students have achieved A/A*, IB students have achieved 6 or 7, and AP program students have achieved a GPA of 4/4. It is true that when students put in effort and teachers are dedicated, success is almost guaranteed.

Hello Parents and Students, My name is Geoff, and I’ve been teaching mathematics for over 6 years. My specialties are algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, but I’m also well-versed in other subjects like probability, statistics, and pre-calculus (including both differential and integral calculus). I earned my bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Philippines, where I worked as a part-time math tutor. Through this experience, I realized that while mathematics can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding. My goal is to help students not only understand math but also develop a love for it. As I always say, “If you love math, math will love you too.” With the right mindset and approach, anything is possible. I am a Math tutor for public exams, including the IB, GCE A Level, and US college/graduate school entrance exams, including the Quant section of SSAT, SAT, GRE, and GMAT. For more ambitious students, I offer tutoring in SAT subject tests in Math and Physics, as well as AP exams in Math and Physics.
