Hello! My name is Audrey 津兒 and I grew up bilingually, speaking both Cantonese and English since I was a child. I started learning German when I was 12, and have been speaking and actively using German for the past 4.5 years. I am currently majoring in Japanese Studies and psychology at the University of Vienna, Austria, and therefore, would prefer online lessons, as I am only in Hong Kong until March (for semester break). I love learning languages and regularly teach English and Chinese every week in Vienna, using English and German as mediums of instruction. I am a German/Filipino who grew up in Bangkok, Thailand. By attending a German International School I was able to properly learn the language and want to share my knowledge by tutoring young adults or students.

I was born and raised in Germany- so my "mother tongue" is German, altough my parents are from Vietnam. I worked at a language school in Germany and taught German intensive courses. My main focus was teaching classes at the C1 and B2 language levels. However, I am also familiar with teaching basic levels (A1 - B1). In addition to the regular language courses, I also participated in conducting official language exams (telc-exams). I am an official certified examiner for the oral exams and can prepare my students, as I know exactly what the requirements are for passing them.
