I have been a primary school teacher for nine years - and I love my job! During my time as a teacher, I have really enjoyed getting to know all of the children in my classes. I have been the coordinator of both Maths and Science and these are probably my favourite subjects. I have tutored many children for their SATs, with great success. I work hard to build children’s confidence, especially in the subjects that they find difficult.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida. I was in the Ph.D. program for Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University for a year when I decided to take a break. During my time in the Ph.D. program, I served as a Teaching Assistant for a Biomaterials class. Now, I have decided to utilize my expertise in math and science to assist others in learning and comprehending these fascinating subjects.

I live in Bethnal Green and can teach maths and science at all grades up to A-level. I'm a PhD student in physics who has just returned from studying in Japan. My enthusiasm for science and mathematics has taken me all over the world and it's something I try to pass on to my students. A large part of learning any subject is feeling confident enough to teach it to others, and it's an approach I've followed throughout my academic career. I run a Youtube channel, STEMcell, for which I produce fun, educational videos. I'm always challenging myself to create engaging content and present difficult ideas in new and relatable ways. The videos I create are an extension of the outreach work I did in Japan, including judging at local science competitions and presenting at university open days. I also have experience teaching introductory mathematics to begin PhD students.

Having completed my 3rd year of my integrated Masters in Physics at the University of Manchester, I'm looking to tutor Maths or Physics to engaged students. With a couple of years of tutoring under my belt, I'm happy to travel around Greater Manchester to tutor.

I'm Kyle - I just finished coursework in advanced economics courses from NYU, and would love to help tutor algebra and calculus if given chapters in advance to make sure I'm teaching the techniques your teachers want you to use. I lived in Silicon Valley(California) most of my life, and have grown up in highly rigorous academic standards as well. SAT: 800 MATH, 740 WRITING, 730 READING (2270/2400 total) LANGUAGES: Fluent and unaccented American English(native), and Cantonese(intermediate). Mandarin possible but fairy basic.

I've been tutoring grade 4 and 5 learners that struggle with mathematics and Afrikaans for 2 years. I'm located in Atlantis in Cape Town. I'm currently still completing my teaching degree at Unisa. I have a passion when it comes to working with children. Working with children is my future task!
