Hi! My name is Melissa, and I am a certified teacher in two Canadian provinces. I have taught grades 5-12, specializing in English/language arts and French Immersion subjects such as sciences humaines and français. I have been teaching for over 8 years and have worked across Canada, from the east to the west coast, as well as in several Indigenous communities. Currently, I am based in Newfoundland, Canada! My clear American accent started since I was 4 years old while living with my parents in the United States of America, although they are US citizens but I chose to return to Thailand and succeeded my bachelors in Science of Pharmacy from Chiangmai University. As I am a registered pharmacist but teaching brings joy to me every single time, so 4 years of teaching pharmacy students and nearly two years of home tutoring students age 4.5 to 9 years old gave me more and more teaching skills on matters of engagement and core lesson.
