I am originally from Scotland in the UK, but I now live in Chonburi, Thailand. My hobbies include listening to music, watching movies and sports, exploring different foods and drinks, and traveling. For the past 4 years, I have been a volunteer English teacher for the Dhammakaya International Society of the United Kingdom. During this time, I have assisted both the monastic community and lay staff in improving their four basic English skills. Before the Covid pandemic, I worked as a full-time English teacher at Khon Kaen University in Thailand for 7 years. I am now working as an online English tutor part-time with AEP Institute in Bangkok. I aim to assist my students in developing their conversational English, written English, and Business English skills. I accomplish this by focusing on the four basic skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. I can guide my students in acquiring the necessary English skills for job interviews, workplace promotions, English exams, university entrance requirements, visa applications, conducting business in English, as well as general conversational English for work, study, and leisure.
