I am a recent IB graduate with a Level 7 in English Language and Literature Higher Level (HL), based on Hong Kong Island. As a recent IB graduate, I understand the challenges students face in this rigorous program. I tailor my lesson plans to meet each student's unique needs and learning styles. I graduated with a BEd (Primary) degree, with Distinction, in 2007. Since then, I have been involved in working with international students who seek an international, British-based program with a requirement for English language proficiency. I can help young children develop their English language fluency, enabling them to access the IGCSE, A-Level, or IB program. After being based in China for 9 years, I am now located in Bangkok, Thailand. I look forward to the opportunity to support young learners from across the Southeast Asia region.

Over a 20-year career in banking, insurance, real estate, and software development, I achieved accolades in the application of professional business English, supporting younger developing career persons. During my time in a managerial capacity, I was fortunate to mentor these individuals to help them achieve their best work. My career achievements earned me a well-deserved scholarship to pursue a Masters in Business Administration, which I completed in 2023. I received excellent reviews on my modern thesis. As my career has further focused on my hometown, George, I aim to provide greater value to the youth by sharing my knowledge of English, especially as South African talent has become highly sought after globally in recent years.
