I am willing to travel anywhere to provide my teaching services, as I also enjoy traveling. English has been my primary language throughout my life, as I grew up in Thailand. I am fluent in 4 different languages: Thai, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Teaching English to students is something I love to do, as it is my strongest communication skill. I am a professional linguist with over 30 years of experience as an interpreter, translator, English teacher, and public speaker. I graduated from Portland State University (Portland, Oregon, USA) with a BS in Psychology/Sociology and minors in Communications and Applied Linguistics. I also graduated from the US government Defense Language Institute (DLI) to become a US government interpreter in Europe. For the past 30 years, I have used my skills and knowledge to help people communicate, learn, change habits, build solutions, and achieve their goals. I have taught English in several foreign countries as well as in the USA. I have also taught remedial English to Americans with communication problems. Since 2010, I have taught English full-time, both online and offline, to thousands of students of all ages and levels in 40 different countries.
