My love for mathematics and teaching students of all ages over the past 6 years has helped me develop traits and habits a good teacher should have, such as patience and encouragement to push the student just a little further because I believe that everyone has a hidden talent for mathematics.

I am a final-year computer science major minoring in Finance at the University of Hong Kong. I am from India and have been clearing Olympiads at an early age, so I understand the importance of learning ahead. I still feel the thrill of solving questions by looking at them from a different angle, and I want to share that with you. I have cleared several internationally recognized Olympiads in India, and I have even passed one of the toughest exams in Math, Physics, and Chemistry called JEE to get into IIT-JEE. My other achievements include clearing Olympiads like KVPY and NTSE, among a few others. What I want you to know is that I believe in teaching in a way that makes you feel excited about the subject, interested, and uneasy if you cannot solve a question. I want you to know that I can make you passionate about math and physics and leave you at a point where you do not need me anymore, and you can pick up new material on your own.

I am a Math teacher with a year and a half of teaching experience and currently working towards a PGDE in Secondary Mathematics at the University of Birmingham. I am cheerful and approachable and I believe in putting the pupil at the centre of their learning and equipping them to be able to tackle problems independently and with confidence. I understand that each pupil is different and thus I like exploring different solutions to a particular problem. I don't think Math is 'impossible' and it's just about figuring out what confuses us and working towards clearing out the confusion. With time, effort and a little instruction from my part, I think a pupil can achieve desirable results and become more confident in Maths.

I'm Wonder Kunene born in Pongola. I have studied at UKZN BSc Mechanical Engineering. I have been a mathematics tutor for the University tutoring maths and applied maths, I have also tutored high school metrics and made very successful people. I am able to teach any level of the students in terms of a type of learner/students. I like the most those that struggle to grasp the concept. Hi there! My name is Ivan Lytovka. I am a second-year computer science student of Ryerson University in Toronto. I was formarly graduated in Ukrainian gimnasium, where math was way more challenging comparing to public schools around. On my final year in my high school, I achieved 90% in both algebra and geometry. In addition to that, I participated in various math contests in school. Even thought I don't have prior tutoring experience, I constantly provide help to my peers and classmates in university to get the idea of concepts like limits or derivatives through study groups, where I would break down a complex problem step by step and assure that everyone is following the logic behind the explanation. In the end of the day, what truly matters is how you develop your comprehension of math in order to achieve high scores in tests or apply knowledge in practice.
