I am a student currently enrolled in the engineering faculty at college, and I am in my second year.

I was an A student when it came to Mathematics in high school. Even in my final matric results, I aced it! I love Mathematics, and it loves me too. They say love it, and it will love you back.

I am a dedicated math teacher with over 3 years of experience helping students understand and enjoy math. My goal is to make math less intimidating and more approachable, whether through clear explanations, practical examples, or interactive problem-solving. Every student can grasp even the toughest math concepts with the right guidance. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and learning styles, tailoring my lessons to fit their individual needs. I love seeing students gain confidence in their abilities, especially those who might have struggled before. I am always looking for new ways to improve my teaching and stay up-to-date with best practices. Ultimately, my aim is to inspire students to succeed academically and develop a genuine interest in math and its possibilities.

Hi there my name is Jane. I'm a first year Bachelor of Accounting student studying at the University of Johaneesburg. I've always loved mathematics from a young age. I believe it has the power to unlock many doors, From career paths to being a stand up comedian (Why does no one talk about circles? Because there's no point.) My job is to ensure you walk out my lessons being more confident and comfortable with solving math problems. I cater to every child's need including their various learning styles, from colourful mindmaps to reciting expontial laws out loud, I put the leaners needs first.

I have a PhD in Astronomy from the University of Liege, Belgium, and a Masters degree in Astronomy and research from Leiden University, Netherlands. I am currently an active researcher involved in finding life outside our solar system using instruments such as the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and Hubble Space Telescope (HST). Using my academic training, I have built private tutoring experience in Math and Physics for middle and high-school students in the past. I have worked at tutoring organizations such as Astrea (Netherlands) and Youth for Seva (Bangalore).
