My role at Palmdale Academy has been primarily focused on planning educational activities using a variety of teaching materials in order to bring the Arabic language alive for the students. I have had to create activities to suit different age groups and be able to adapt and improvise where necessary. Prior to this I was an Arabic Teacher to students at Swarthmore Learning, where I improved standardized tests scores 17% in a six-month period by applying progressive teaching principles and technologies in my classroom.
