I am a graduate in Chemical Engineering, and I am excited to find enthusiastic students to teach in Mathematics, particuarly Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Geometry. I am based in Parañaque City, but close enough to the border with Taguig that Gmaps decided that my address now says Taguig instead. In teaching, I strive to learn how my students like to learn, and adapt my methods of teaching to suit their learning style. In my experience, I've learned that many students respond well to very visual lessons, so I use different colors to draw attention to the most important parts of the concepts being discussed.

I have been tutoring Maths for different public examination syllabus (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, HKDSE, IB, IGCSE etc.) for over 13 years. I am currently a student at King's College London Mathematics School. I have had a lot of experience in teaching mathematics at GCSE / AS to private students as well as small groups. As a tutor, I think it is very important to explain: Why maths concepts work the way they do, rather than just learning 'facts', as this provides both, a more thorough understanding of the subject and additional skills to tackle harder problems. In addition, having achieved grade 9 in Mathematics and A* with Distinction in Further Mathematics, I can say that I am very familiar with the GCSE Mathematics curriculum. I am fascinated by maths and my intention is to make my students love it as well.

I have completed Undergraduate in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and I am currently completing my Masters in Economics from the University of Sydney. I also have 5 years of work experience in Revenue Management and 4 years of tutoring experience including tutoring of gifted students in Math.
